When Is Check-in and Check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00pm. Early check-in may be available upon request

Can I Arrive Early or Stay Late For Spa Appointments?
Yes, all guests are invited to take advantage of the extraordinary SPA experience at Civana before or after the retreat programming time. This will need to be arranged with the resort at an additional cost.
Is There A Special Rate I Can Take Advantage Of If I Want To Extend My Stay?
Yes! We are happy to share that we have secured a great savings for any guests that would like to arrive early or stay beyond our programming. This will be subject to availability and must be booked more than 30 days in advance. if you are interested in this, please contact us for more details.
What Is The Weather Like
October is considered one of the best times of the year to visit Carefree AZ, with highs in the mid 80's and lows in the mid 60's.

Can I Bring A Guest?
Rooms are available for maximum double occupancy. Bringing a guest is your choice. It is recommended to give yourself space to explore your authenticity and purpose without pressures of relationships or perceived expectations of others. Guests will not be included in any of the retreat programming without registration.

How Do I Get There?
Carefree is a 45 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Resort transportation can be arranged at an additional cost, or Uber and other ride services are easily accessibl to this venue
Will I Have Down Time?
Yes! This experience is designed knowing that life and it's demands do not stop when we retreat, so we have left ample time in the schedule for you to not only take care of your obligations so you can be present during our workshop, as well as leaving space for reflection and self-care.
What Is The Attire?
This retreat is yours to let your hair down or put it up. It is a space for you to express yourself in any way that feels good to you. The most important thing is to dress for comfort, so that you can focus on your growth, healing, and connection with others and with nature.
Will We Leave The Resort Property?
We have chosen to stay on property as a group to minimize distractions, allowing for ample time for connection, wellness, and reflection.
As a group, we will not have any off property excursions. That being said, all are welcome to explore the unique town of Carefree.
Are There Accommodations For My Nutritional Needs?
Yes! We are very aware that everyone has unique needs related to nourishment and we will ensure there are options available for all. Upon registration, our team will be reaching out to find out any dietary needs or preferences so that everyone can enjoy the experience with no concerns related to nutritional health.
What If I Need To Cancel Last Minute
Due to the limited space available and the commitment to the venue, we will not be able to refund any cancelations. If something out of your control arises within 30 days of the retreat, you may transfer your registration to a friend, colleague, or family member.
Is This An Alcohol Free Experience?
The Soul Purposefull retreat does not include any alcoholic beverages. We recommend participating in the experience from a place of clarity to fully embrace your deepest and truest self.
The resort does offer a variety of delicious beverages, with and without alcohol. Rebekah recommends an alcohol free version of the Cucumber Martini or the Zero Proof Pot Of Gold.

This is a women's (and women-identifying) retreat. You can be at any point on your journey for authenticity, purpose, and fulfillment. Whether you are just starting your exploration or are wanting to expand your self-awareness and resources, this experience will offer transformation for all.
